1. First of all, you will need to install Browser Cleaner (you can download it here).
2. Once the download is complete, launch the program, look for all instances of the AOL Toolbar in each browser and make sure you check each box. Click on ‘’remove selected toolbars’’ to uninstall the toolbar from your browser.
3. You will be given the option to run your control panel. Look in your control panel to see if there were any other unwanted programs installed on your computer.

Restart your browser and enjoy searching the web without being bothered by this toolbar anymore!

Incredibar Toolbar is an adware program that will change your homepage and search provider, cause your browser to crash, and bombard you with pop-up ads. It will take a few steps to completely remove it and get your browser back to normal.

1. Start by opening Browser Cleaner (which you can download free here) and selecting all lines for Incredibar. The toolbar will likely be under more than just one browser so be sure to check them all. If there are other unknown programs or toolbars listed select them too. Click remove to delete the add-on.
2. Open your Control Panel and look for any other programs published by Incredibar. These aren’t toolbars or add-ons, but other programs that were installed with your toolbar. Double click to uninstall each one.
3. Open your browser settings or options menu and change your homepage. You can read more about that here.

Now just restart your browser and you should be back to normal!

The YTD Toolbar made its way into your browser when you downloaded a YouTube Downloader. It isn’t malicious but it is annoying. Luckily Browser Cleaner can remove it in one simple step. Just download Browser Cleaner and check all of the boxes that say YTD or YouTube Downloader next to them. Click remove and you are done!

Start by launching Browser Cleaner, which can be downloaded here, and select the Whitesmoke Toolbar under each of your browsers. If there are other toolbars or add-ons listed that you want to remove, check them off as well. Click Remove and the Whitesmoke Toolbar will be cleared from your browsers forever. Browser Cleaner will give you the option to run your control panel. Whitesmoke may have installed a search protect which you can find and delete from your control panel. Browser Cleaner will also give you an option to run your Control Panel, which you should do. Look in your control panel for anything published by Mixi or Conduit and remove these programs as well. The last step is to go into your add-ons menu in your browser and remove Mixi.DJ as a search provider. Now all of the pieces of the Mixi.DJ toolbar should be removed from your computer.
